How do MediLUX treatments work?
LED treatments with MediLUX utilise 1,500 powerful light emitting diodes ranging from blue to green, yellow, red and near-infrared. Each light wavelength targets different specific skin concerns, and treatment is commonly used to address acne congestion, facial redness, pigmentation, uneven tone, neck lines, wrinkles and signs of ageing.
Blue Light (415nm)
Reduces sebaceous actvity and acne vulgaris. Works to clear congestion and kills acne-causing bacteria.
Green Light (520nm)
Assists with skin tone correction and aids detoxication to reduce redness and irritation for a balanced, calm complexion.
Red Light (633nm)
Increases blood circulation and lymphatic ‑ow to encourage cellular renewal and promote a youthful complexion.
Near-Infrared Light (830nm)
Increases white blood cell production to regenerate, rejuvenate, tighten and repair inflamed and ageing skin. Works to boost ATP for deep cellular regeneration and wound healing.

1. Are LED treatments suitable for me?
MediLUX treatments are safe, comfortable and suitable for all skin types. During consultation, your clinician will discuss a treatment plan tailored to your individual skin concerns.
2.What is the difference between Red Light LED and Near-Infrared LED?
Red light targets the dermal layers, providing excellent results in collagen and elastin synthesis. Near-infrared light is able to penetrate even deeper in the dermis — reaching the subcutaneous layer of the skin and muscle to enable deep tissue repair and cellular regeneration.
3. Can MediLUX LED treatments be combined with other aesthetic treatments?
MediLUX treatments are restorative by nature and will optimise results when paired with other skincare-based and technology-enhanced treatments. The add-on Treatment only cost $49 for 20 mins.
4. Is there a limit to how many LEDs someone can have?
Technically there’s no limit amount how many LED you can have, there’s no trauma in the skin, no down time,and nothing clients need to recover from. However, there’s no added benefit to doing the LED everyday. The cell we have energised takes time to run through this energy, and undertake the actions that we implemented in the skin. For this reason, having the treatment every third day or 72 hours can ensure we get the best result.
5. How close to getting injectables can a I have an LED?
Because LED Light therapy ability is able to heal, we recommend it to be performed immediately after injectable treatment. It can heal bruising, injectable sites, any swelling associate with injectable treatment.

How Do Our Memberships Work?
Our membership system is an easy to use direct debit system from Vagaro.
You can sign up directly online or in-clinic.
You can also choose where your direct debits come out from, either using your bank account or credit card.
How Do I Get Started?
Getting started has never been easier.
Simply click on the “Buy Online” button.
You will then automatically be directed to the sign up page for your membership.
Just fill in your details and select your direct debit choice and submit. It’s that easy.
You can also sign up to any of our memberships in-clinic at any time or contact us for a custom membership/payment plan for your skin health plan.
Once your registration is complete, our therapist team will be in touch with you to schedule all our your appointments with us.
How Do The Payments Work and What are the fees?
Subscription memberships are charged monthly via direct debit.
Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No lock in contracts.
Once you purchase your membership, your first payment occurs the next day following your purchase and then monthly after that.
There is also a $6 fee for any failed payments.
This program does not participate with Afterpay
What is the Cancellation Policy ?
Non-transferable
All purchases (including packages and love and light membership) are non-transferable. If you are unable to attend sessions for any reason, please see the terms and fees applicable for no-shows, pausing or cancelling your membership below.
No-show fee
Our session fill up fast, so if you’re not able to attend, please let us know at least 8 hours before the session is scheduled to run so that someone else doesn’t miss out. If you don’t give us enough notice, or if you simply don’t show up, you will incur a $10 no-show fee on the timetable. This will be charged to the card nominated on file. You authorise us to debit your nominated card for this fee.
Pausing your ‘Love and Light’ membership
If you need some time away, you can pause your Love and Light membership up to twice per year for up to 4 weeks each time (maximum 8 weeks per year). To do so, you need to give us at least 5 days’ written notice prior to the next direct debit date of your membership. Notice can only be given by emailing us.
If we do not receive your pause request with sufficient notice, you agree that your usual membership fee will be charged on the ordinary direct debit date and your pause request will be processed in time for the following direct debit date. Membership fees will not be charged during the agreed pause period.
If you need a longer break, you can cancel your membership and rejoin at a time that suits you.
Cancelling your ‘Love and Light’ membership
You may cancel your membership with us by giving us at least 5 days’ written notice prior to the next direct debt date of your membership. Notice can only be given by emailing us here. If we do not receive your cancellation request with sufficient notice, you agree that your usual membership fee will be charged on the ordinary direct debt date and the cancellation request will be processed in time for the following direct debit date.
Please note that if you cancel your membership and rejoin at a later time, you will not receive a concession on membership fees and must pay all applicable membership costs at the time of rejoining, such as sign up fees.
Cancellation by Orenda Float Spa
Orenda Float Spa is a place where people can feel safe, respected and that they belong. Udara Studio will not tolerate any illegal or inappropriate behaviour and may, in its absolute discretion, cancel your membership or ask you to leave a class. Cancellation of your membership is effective immediately.
No refunds will be given to members if Orenda Float Spa cancels their membership under this clause.
Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, which forms Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) (ACL).

Please note that we do not provide refunds other than as set out in this policy or in accordance with our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law or other relevant legislation.
Nothing in these terms excludes any right, guarantee or warranty you’re entitled to by law, however we do exclude all other guarantees, conditions and warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We also specifically exclude liability for negligence.
